Learn  to make Strips and Strings blocks without paper piecing. Tips for making rectangular 6.5 x 9.5 modern blocks in vertical, horizontal and diagonal layouts. Add raw edge applique words and phrases for that personal touch!  Susan will also show you how to construct her flanged zipper backing for a professional finish! The pattern for the pillow back will be provided.
